Pick Up The Pace is teaming with Phil The Burn to host our first ever Get Up And Go event! Get ready for a day of exercise, fun and health planning! Get up and go out with us as we spend the day sweating, winning and learning new ways to maintain optimal health! All you have to do is sign up!!!

About The Event
Pick Up The Pace and Phil The Burn are coming together in the Hampton Roads area. Age limit for sign up is 8+. The Seven Cities needs a real commitment to health and fitness, AND HERE IT IS! PUTP and Phil The Burn are coming together to provide the Hampton Roads communities an opportunity to exercise, stretch, sweat, and socialize like never before. Our first Get Up And Go! event is created to provide the opportunity to better our lives through activities, exercise and competitions. Not only that, but these events will help foster and promote peace within our communities through communication, relationship buildiing and networking. ALL EVENT ATTENDEES NEED TO SIGN UP ON THE PICK UP THE PACE WEBSITE.
